Primrose Development LP is a limited partnership between the four Metis communities of Jans Bay, Cole Bay, Beauval and Ile-a-la-Crosse and the General Partner – Primrose Resources Corporation (PRC) which is also owned by the 4 Metis communities. PDLP invests in opportunities on behalf of the Metis communities to do business through-out Saskatchewan and has now begun seeking opportunities relating to the Cold Lake Air Weapons Bombing Range – which binds these communities together as part of the Primrose Lake Economic Development Corporation (PLEDCO) trust agreement.
