About

Fireweed Counselling & Healing Arts is a Métis-owned, trauma-informed practice offering compassionate counselling, creative and expressive arts, and land-informed approaches to healing.

I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults from diverse cultures, identities, backgrounds, and life experiences. I support Indigenous and non-Indigenous clients navigating trauma, grief and loss, stress, anxiety, burnout, relationships, identity, emotional challenges, life transitions, and disconnection from self.

As a Registered Social Worker and Cree Métis woman, I offer a culturally responsive, inclusive, and welcoming space grounded in relationship, respect, creativity, and the belief that each person is the expert in their own life. Together, we can gently explore what has been carried, reconnect with personal strengths, and create space for healing, belonging, and renewed growth.

At this time, I am not accepting young children.
