1. Specialize in coil cleaning with a patent pending service that brings coils back to new.
2. 40 years of Facilities Experience with holding a BOMA certification as Failiities Manager.
3. Have taken a Credit Union to meet level 2 Enviromental Standards
4. Managed a large shop with over 10 emplyees.
5. Was level 2 certified in Water and Wastewater and can assist with problems ( was Certified over 15 years at the Village of North Portal. Oversaw the project of the water upgrade to the building and plant. Also the upgrade to the wastewater systems
6. Have assisted community centres with Boilers and systems to make it back up for the ability to operate effiecntly and with proper maintenance standards.
7. Have bulld Safer Operating Books and Safety Books as I was Enform trained in Safety Managemen and worked commercially as safety officer for Artisan Consulting that did work at all the Sasatchewan Potash mines, Oil Drilling and Helium programs in Saskatchewan.
8. Ability to assist with emergency problems and needs within facilities and Village,Towns.
9. Authorized seller of synthetic fuels (including Aspen fuel and golf-grade fuel), as well as AMSOIL products upon request.
